Our Weight-loss meal plans for Woman who are trying to live a healthy lifestyle, Athletes who are cutting or dropping before a competition or someone who is looking to go on the straight and narrow and need to lose those extra kilos. Our meal plans are packed with the right amount of nutrients, proteins, carbs and fats.

Our meal plans come in  different packages.

7, 14, 21 & 28 days. All orders are dropped off on a monday & thursday.

Our complete package has the following nutritional breakdown:

120g Protein (Chicken, Beef, Fish, Ostrich & Pork)

60g Vegetable (Gemsquash, Broccoli, Asparagus, Cauliflower & Green beans)

80g Starch (Butternut, Sweet Potato, Jasmine rice & Basmati rice)

Each week contains the following package:

Option 1

  • Extra Lean Beef Mince Stir Fry.
  • Beef Strips & Cauliflower Mash.
  • Tuna Fish Cakes, Basmati rice & Green beans.
  • Grilled Chicken Sosatie/Skewers, Gem-squash Mash & Butternut.
  • Beef Kebabs, Butternut, Grilled Tomatoes & Beans mix.
  • Ostrich Meatballs, Basmati rice & Gemsquash.
  • Grilled Chicken, Butternut & Broccoli.

Option 2

  • Marinated Chicken, Butternut, Green beans & Gem-squash.
  • Chicken Fillet Stir Fry.
  • Cottage pie With Sweet Potato.
  • Beef Meatballs With Baby-marrow Spaghetti.
  • Ostrich Fillet, Green Beans, Grilled Tomatoes & Beans Mix & Butternut.
  • Steamed Hake, Sweet Potato Chips & Salad.
  • Pork Chop, Cauliflower, Butternut & Jasmine Rice.
