Each capsule contains 500mg Creatine HCL
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
On training days take 5 capsules 30 minutes before training. On non-training days take 5 capsules before breakfast on an empty stomach. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
DO NOT CONSUME FOR MORE THAN 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS A WEEK, TAKE 2 DAYS OFF.
