Our complete meal plans covers either lunch or dinner. Packed with high proteins, good fats and low carbs.
Each Meal has the following nutritional breakdown:
140g Protein (Chicken, Beef, Fish, Ostrich & Pork)
80g Vegetable (Gem squash, Broccoli, Asparagus, Cauliflower & Green beans)
150g Starch (Butternut, Sweet Potato, Jasmine rice & Basmati rice)
120g Protein (Chicken, Beef, Fish, Ostrich & Pork)
60g Vegetable (Gem squash, Broccoli, Asparagus, Cauliflower & Green beans)
130g Starch (Butternut, Sweet Potato, Jasmine rice & Basmati rice)

- All meals will be delivered on a monday & thursday
- All meals are prepared under strict conditions set out by the health dept
- All meals are prepared in a facility that contains nuts, seeds, spices, gluten, poultry, fish, beef, lamb and dairy.
